Being diagnosed with and living with JIA can be make you feel alone and confused. The JIA-at-NRAS Helpline is here for you, Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Call us on 0800 298 7650.

The Helpline is here to let you know that you don’t have to face it alone by offering information and emotional support for parents of children with JIA, those living with adult JIA, their family, friends and colleagues.  

The staff are not medically trained, so are not able to give specific medical advice, however they are trained to provide callers with the most current information, give emotional support, discuss the impacts JIA has on school, work and relationships and help people understand more about the disease and the treatments available.

You need to be 18 and over to use our Helpline. If you are under the age of 18 and want to use the Helpline service, please ask a parent or guardian to call on your behalf.
