Michelle Ward

Michelle was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2024 after a few years of “niggles”, then a sudden “flare”. NRAS was on hand to support at a difficult time – when feeling horrific and navigating a challenging NHS.

Professionally, Michelle has 30 years’ experience in relationship management and business development. Taking a human approach has led to long term partnerships with large global organisations. Michelle adopts a collaborative, creative style to facilitate thoughtful introductions to expertise, products and services.

Michelle’s current role involves working with global HealthTech vendors to provide market intelligence solutions. Previously, Michelle worked for Business Schools, developing executive leadership development programmes for global corporates.

Michelle is excited to work with NRAS to ensure others’ experience in the initial stages of diagnosis is one of support, being well informed on the process, and having positive connections to learn more about how life may be impacted by the disease.
